Paros Island - Beaches

Then we continue to the most beautiful and the highest village of the island, Lefkes, which was the former capital of Paros , and where clients are given enough time to enjoy a short walking tour through the village to visit also the 17th century church of Holy Trinity, a real marble jewel of the village. Then passing through the village of Prodromos, Marmara and Marpissa, we reach the small quaint fishing village of Piso Livadi. Time for swimming and lunch are given. We end our tour at the popular and very beautiful resort of Naoussa with the picturesque harbor, and where will have enough time to walk around the narrow streets, admire the whitewashed houses and little old churches, and discover the small harbor area with the old castle the numerous fish tavernas alongside the dock, and the dozens of colorful fishing boats lying side by side.

Second stop is Mykonos, the international known jet-set paradise, the little Venice of the Aegean, a true picture of beauty. It has a wonderful traditional style which is maintained even with the new buildings. An approximately 3 hours stay in Mykonos gives you the opportunity to explore it's superb beaches, a lot of small churches and chapels, it's glittering houses with their archades and marble staircases, to walk around the windmills, to visit the museum and also the well known "Little Venice", or if you have enough time to stroll around the elegant shops and boutiques of Mykonos.

Kindly note that for the excursion to Delos it's possible to have a guide if requested which is arranged by our Local Agent.

This island is completely different from all the other Cycladic islands and it's wild and imposing beauty is characterised by it's endless beaches of red and black pebbles, the domes of the houses build into the red rock, the grand old mansions and their courtyards laid with brightly coloured pebbles, the two Cathedrals (Catholic & Orthodox) it's picturesque capital and the monastery of Panagia of Rodiarios. There will be plenty of time to stroll around the beautiful alleyways, admire the breathtaking views and maybe if you have enough time to visit the "Kameni" the black island with the volcano that you can walk approximately an hour through the burned land with the exquisite view.

The excursion is escorted but there is no guide

Our proposal is as follows: Departing from Paroikia port at 10:00, arriving in Antiparos after 35 min, the bus will be waiting for you, and from the town will take you to the Caves, you have enough time to explore the caves (around 1 and a half hours) and then you will return in the town where you will walk with us around the small paved streets of the town, pay a visit to the Mediaval castle of town, and then have a short "ouzo break" that will give you time to rest a bit. And after that you are free to enjoy the rest of the hours exploring the town or enjoying your swim on the Sifneikos yialos. You will return to our meeting point at 17:45 in order to take the boat of 18:00 for our return in Paros.
