Delona Villas location is very quiet,
in a fertile plain between the village of Engares and the gulf of
Amiti.
Engares village is a village having preserved its original character.
Tourism has barely touched this place,
which is located at a distance of approx. 10km to the north of Naxos
Town, in a green, fertile plain.
In the village there are some tavernas and a mini market.
Several hundred meters long, the sandy beach of Amiti is natural,
without any infrastructure - no sunbeds
and umbrellas for rent!
The distance to the village is approx. 500m and to the beach 900m
but you need to get there with your car. A car is definitely recommended. This is a property suitable
for clients that wish to be away from everything!!!
In the separation of the very green valley, there are four brand
new maisonette villas, each with its own private swimming pool.
They were build in 2002 and have been designed to be ideal for enjoying
holidays
in "peace and quiet".
Delona Villas consists of 4 private 70-80sq.m. maisonettes, all
with their own private pool, offers the following: On the ground
floor, a living room with a fireplace and a small dinning corner,
a bedroom and a kitchen.
On the second floor another bedroom with a marvellus balcony and
a bathroom with bathtub.
Full air-conditioning (individually controlled), satellite TV, ISDN
/ Internet connection, hair dryer, washing machine and iron board.
Each Villa maisonette has it's own private pool with jacuzzi.
Daily cleaning service and changing of towels. Sheets are changed
every three days
